is designed to help services and solutions marketers leverage events

investments. The workshop will feature the following sessions:
"Demonstrating" services at live events — Julie McCan,
Director, Services Marketing, Avaya, will share how Avaya devised and
executed a launch strategy for Avaya Remote Managed Services for IP
Telephony at VoiceCon 2005;
Integrating product and service marketing at trade shows — Kathleen
Sulgit, Senior Manager, Event Marketing, Cisco Systems, will outline
how the networking giant integrates partner services and products at
Interop and other industry trade shows, including the strategy and
the work they do with individual product and services groups to pull
everything together and measure the results.
Using technology to set up targeted, pre-matched meetings with customers — Tom
Karren, General Manager and Vice President, Technology, Wingate Studios,
will address how to use the latest event marketing technology to strengthen
relationships with partners and customers.
In addition, workshop participants will be led through a blueprinting
exercise that will map out the event experience to reinforce a brand's
unique value, creating loyalty and advocacy for the company and its offerings.
